Public Hearing: Application for Preliminary Site Plan (PSPP23-0002) and Special Land Use (PSLU23-0002) Review for Superior Spaces, located at 2558 Bishop Cr. W. (08-08-07-125-047).

Public hearing to consider a special land use request submitted by Superior Storage Group, LLC, for the construction of two new industrial buildings, with a total of seven flex space units and a self- storage facility, consisting of six (6) 40-foot x 100-foot and four (4) 30-foot x 100-foot pitched gable roof buildings, having a total of 48 self-storage units. The property owner is Maui Properties, LLC. The applicant has entered into a purchase agreement with the property owner, and submitted a copy with the application. The site of the proposed special land use is 2558 Bishop Circle West (08-08-07-125-047). The subject site is zoned RD, Research and Development. In the RD district, self-storage facilities are special land uses. Discussion and possible action following the public hearing.
